Delivery & Shipping Information

At The Diamonds Gifts, every jewelry piece is carefully crafted to order to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail. Delivery time consists of two components:

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

The estimated processing time for each item is displayed on the individual product page.

Processing Time

Because our jewelry is handcrafted, processing times may vary depending on the design and customization requirements.

  • Standard designs: Typically ship within 5-6 business days

  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items: Typically require 7–10 business days

  • Complex custom orders may require additional production time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information and estimated delivery date.

Worldwide Shipping

The Diamonds Gifts proudly ships worldwide.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 USD worldwide.

Express Shipping

For customers who require faster delivery, Express Shipping options are available during checkout.

Please note:

  • Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

  • Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and military addresses can only be delivered via Standard Shipping.

Signature Requirements

To ensure the safe delivery of high-value purchases:

  • Orders valued at $300 USD or more require an adult signature upon delivery.

  • Signature requirements cannot be waived for qualifying orders.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are based on information supplied by our shipping partners and courier services.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

The Diamonds Gifts cannot be held responsible for delays once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier. However, our team will always do its best to assist you and minimize any inconvenience.

International Orders

International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, The Diamonds Gifts does not ship to countries or regions subject to trade restrictions, sanctions, or legal limitations under applicable international regulations.
