30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At The Diamonds Gifts, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing a pleasant and worry-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.

Please review the following guidelines to determine whether your item qualifies for a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • A return authorization must be obtained from The Diamonds Gifts before sending any item back.

  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and certificates included.

  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, resizing, modification, or alteration.

  • Customers are responsible for using a trackable shipping service when returning items. Returns without tracking information cannot be processed.

  • Any promotional gifts received with the purchase must also be returned. If not included, the retail value of the promotional item may be deducted from the refund.

Important: Please do not send returns to the address shown on your package. Contact our customer support team to obtain the correct return address and authorization.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry.

  • Custom-made or special-order jewelry.

  • Items made in custom sizes, custom colors, or modified specifications.

  • Final Sale items.

  • Jewelry that has been worn, damaged, resized, altered, or modified.

  • Items returned without original tags, certificates, or packaging.

  • Replacement or exchanged items.

  • Custom orders and bespoke jewelry pieces.

Exchanges for Personalized or Custom Items

Approved exchanges for personalized or custom-made items may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and issued to:

  • The original payment method, or

  • Store credit (if requested)

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Any shipping discounts or free shipping promotions applied to the original order will not be refunded.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Order Cancellation Policy

Within 24 Hours

Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

Between 24–48 Hours

Orders canceled between 24 and 48 hours after purchase will be subject to a 30% restocking and processing fee.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, and special-order items cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned once production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging. Our team will work promptly to resolve the issue.
